What PitStop.ae is
PitStop.ae is an independent online platform that connects UAE car owners with certified third-party garages. We do not own, operate or directly perform any repair, service or detailing work. Quotes are provided by partner workshops and final pricing is subject to inspection of your vehicle.
Quotes and pricing
Submitting a request through PitStop.ae and receiving quotes is free. Any work performed is a contract between you and the garage you choose. PitStop.ae is not a party to that contract and does not collect payment from you for the work itself.
Liability
The quality of work, parts used, warranties and timelines are the responsibility of the garage you choose to work with. While every workshop in our network is independently vetted, licensed and insured before joining, PitStop.ae is not liable for the workmanship of partner garages. Any disputes are settled directly between you and the workshop, in line with UAE consumer protection law.
Use of the service
- You must be the owner of the vehicle, or be authorised by the owner to request quotes for it.
- Submitting fake or repeat requests with the intent to abuse the service may result in your IP being blocked.
- Information you provide must be accurate enough for garages to produce a meaningful quote.
Changes
We may update these terms over time as the service evolves. The current version is always available at pitstop.ae/terms.
